“Had been having aircon issues since I moved with the previously installed multisplit system. Had one of the big companies take a look and say everything was fine. Still have issues a year later. Got Mark and his team to have a look, and they were able to diagnose there was a leak which they said was pretty obvious due to the low pressure in the system. They came back, found the leak, and re-gassed the system. Advised an individual split up to replace the leaking unit. Installed the new unit. Extremely professional and neat.
